    Yep that case was a shocking reflection of our legal system. I had a LH torana in my youth and was reading a book about the case which had a series of photos, one of which was the so called blood splatter in the front passanger foot well. My car had the almost identical pattern, so given the pivotal status of this evidence played was a shocking miscarriage of justice.

    That is the problem when people get their facts from wilkileads.
    The so called blood splatter had nothing to do with it. The sample taken from their car came back positive for fetal blood. You can't manufacture that.

    A sample taken from your car would not test positive for fetal blood. in spite of the nonsense which the defence tried in court.
