    But on on all accounts speaking to those who are, they seem very pleased with their overall packages, & respond saying they are much much better of than the restrictive, Award system to which Most Employers revert back to when an employee asks for a pay rise.

    How many Times have you heard an Employer Say to their Employee,
    " Sorry mate Your already being Paid $20.00 Above the AWARD RATE " This is why I personally favor the AWA System, because It enables a productive worker to engage "One on One" with their Employer, rather than be treated as one Of the Pack * which includes both the Lazy & Productive Worker.

    In turn I do believe a Productive committed Worker has much to benefit under Individual Workplace Agreements, but thats my personal opinion, and I guess everyone has their own views.
