personally I'm sick of committed skilled professionals constantly carrying useless lazy incompetent half wits for exactly the same pay - courtesy of the unions. I also note (not always but usually) that the union shop steward is mostly the laziest most incompetent bully thug in any organisation and uses the union role to keep their job.
AWA's are the only way past this.
