Opposition? Beazley would not gain entry to the Labor Party of 1950, he would be found in the Liberals. That is what has happened in politics, a big shift to the right where the wealthy are found. The wealthy includes the well paid tradesman who may have been a union member in the past. Shortage of skills has pushed everybody to the right.Opposition is only found in the right wing parties. Next election between Howard, Turnbull, Beazley, all Liberals.
