Nickoo, that's nonsense. The whole idea of the court is to operate where appropriate courts do not exist. We have the machinery to try war criminals and the ICC would not interfere with our own legal jurisdictions. I suggest you read about the matter in some detail before you buy the government's rhetoric on this.
