If Tony and Joe (will leave out the derogatory names you called them) do worse than Swan and Gillard, then I will agree with you.

You would have to be a mug to vote back in a government with such a history of incompetence (just look at the debt and the borders for starters) - we have not yet seen what Tony and Joe can do so there is little on which to judge them.

And if the economy is doing so well, why the need for so much debt? We should be doing just so much better, surely?
