I have not researched every movement of shares since listed, however it seems that Zeus is not just owned by John Kelly, but by all directors in Republic Gold except Peter Wicks.

Total shareholding 42,243,470.
It is very comforting to know that all directors, especially the managing director has a substantial financial stake in the company. This gives them an incentive to drive the company to success, as the company's success means their success. An even better thought; their success means our success.
It's also comforting to know that only one director has decided to sell a small number of shares (for whatever personal reason of his) and that the rest of the directors have not seen it necessary to offload any at all.
