Hey BB, i've never heard of Red Leaf Securities before, do you know if they do issuer sponsored research ala RAAS Group (ie was their research report paid for by IFN?) or are they just promoting one of their holdings? Also, are you able to share their research report if you have it (please)? On the subject of Windlab, a penny for IFN holders thoughts as to the likelihood of IFN counter-bidding for WND? Based on my back of the envelope calcs the Federation bid for WND implies a ~$60m EV so would be a small bite for IFN. IFN has come onto my watch list recently so i'm still getting up to speed on the business but at face value it looks like WND could be of interest.
