Well we know both the Chinese and the South Koreans have been sniffing around this project big time. Personally i would love to see the South Koreans get involved with a company like Samsung. I believe the South Koreans have a very strong vested interest in locking in a deal with GME. As we all know they are probably China's stiffest competition along with Japan in terms of manufacturing high tech electronics. So for South Korea to lock in a long term supply independant of China would be a high priority for them. I also believe the Europeans and the US would much rather see South Korea as GME's partner, rather than the Chinese come in and tottally dominate the world supply of Rare earth minerals.
I also spoke to a GME staffer a couple of months ago and he said The Danes had shown some interest in providing cheap finance for the project in the form of a 2 percent loan or there abouts.
