23 years as a naval officer, served multiple tours of duty, requested and saw active combat, won silver star, bronze medal, Purple Heart and legion of merit. Showed tremendous courage and patriotism as a POW (withstood torture and interrogation, etc) 33 years as a us senator, served as chair of the armed services committee.
What was trumps service? In what way has he shown courage and acted selflessly for the benefit of the republic?
