I have a theory around Stefanac, Qualcomm and Intel.

out of the 2 MOUS, I suspect 1 was Intel and 1 was Qualcomm from Stefanac's contacts. Now we know Intel and Qualcomm are bitter rivals, so if I was Xpe, I would hedge my bets and sign a MOU with both and see which one pans out (this also explains why the parties identify has to be kept a secret)

It has become clear that Intel is far more engaged than the other MOU from activities in the last 6 months, so in effect, Xpe may have already picked a side in the Intel vs Qualcomm.

Now what this means is basically
1.Stefanac was not able to deliver , or
2.Qualcomm was not interested
regardless of the reason, Stefanac's Qualcomm links looks less and less valuable by the day.

I would not be surprised if it was not Lekkas that had the Intel contacts (maybe through Telink) and it came down to a winner takes all situation between Lekkas and Stefanac which has played out in the last 6 months.
