Sounds exactly like when lisa arrived. She got the rock star welcome like today's new apointment and when she suddenly left she was a nobody who contributed nothing anyway?

She suddenly departs... John who was an old hand resigns in a small paragraph to the back with no replacement or spiel on stepping back to enable the company to be "better placed with someone of more suitable capabilities going forward"?
