conix, I agree with the first part of your posting but not with what you said re financing. IMO it will be impossible to finance Molyhil with equity alone. You need $ 70 million(or may be a little bit less if they can cut costs) and that will be about 500 million new shares at prices between 10 and 15 Cent.
If that happens how much will be the fair value of one share?
We know that JY tries to find a financing solution as an equity/debt mix but that is very very difficult nowadays.
So they maybe choose this new BOOT model.
