Depends if Dubai is a canary signaling worse things to come or an isolated example of stupidity.
I'll look for bargains as well - but won't be jumping in with both feet.
Why stupid?
A nation with that kind of resource advantage should always be able to pay their bills - I am also a little dark about announcing it just before their 2week holiday, leaving the rest of the world to suffer for their incompetence.
As for the "Artemites" - there are none here to leave - otherwise the sp would be double.
Back to teens(implied, not stated) - mmmm... not even I think the market is stupid enough to allow that.
CUE is worth +30cents without Artemis.
I was impressed with CUE's strength on Friday and expect 22cents to hold in worst case scenario.
