The problem is not about what Hicks had done, its about the way the case was handled, we as citizens living in a so called democracy have many rites, rites atleast to a trial and legal representation and the list goes on.
The issue is about the governments in the west ruling like dictators that they are, typically no different to Saddam H and adolf hitler, the goverments that are telling us, practice what we preach not what we do.
