J & J have a history with TAVR. They were part owners of PVT when Edwards acquired them and they missed out. They are now refocusing on medical devices and especially in the cardiac space. It makes sense they would be interested in the best new innovation to come into the TAVR space since its inception.
They also have a war chest and have been very acquisitive lately. A partnership post listing on the Nasdaq or as a corner stone investor in the Nasdaq would be a perfect way to start the relationship.
Wayne is talking to all the key personnel from the interested majors. J & J represent a real threat to the incumbents if they were to partner with our tech and eventually acquire it in the future.
