Johnson&Johnson have been aggressively pursuing MEDTECH cardiac device manufacturers over the last couple of years as they want to forge a presence in the medtech cardiac field.....
Acquisitions have included, V-Wave US$1.7 Billion, Shockwave Medical US$13.1 Billion and Laminar for US$400 million, these companies are ALL medtech device manufacturers.
