Interesting looking at Shortman ... the shorts from Tuesday 16th were not carried over ... the total held at close of trade was actually down by 300,000.
So 5.8 million shorts put down, and 6.1 million covered.
A hell of a lot of turnover for .... er ..... what exactly?
I guess they got a heap of stops hit - and brought back at the lower prices .... but it just looks like a game being played, certainly no fundamentals behind it.
I would be getting nervous and watching carefully if I was shorting - this could very well blow up in the small players' faces.
