The changes in educator to child ratios are not a one off. Legislated and here to stay, so what are they doing or going to do to remedy it?
An increase of 10% in wages is only one part of it. There would be a reduction in licensed capacity that would reduce potential earnings as well. That would only be applicable to centres with high occupancy levels though.
JH and her believers of a 2% change that would more than easily be managed by fee increases, misleading to say the least. Time for current management to take ownership of the situation, provide solutions and increase confidence by being more transparent.
