Islay the management of GEM are doing a great job and I am sure over the next 12 months adjustments will be made to overcome these new changes. Just give them time to get it right and remember that fantastic 6 cent dividend payed quarterly. You do the numbers but if you where lucky enough or smart enough to buy under $3 its hard to beat.
