The process to establish the NQF (National Quality Framework) commenced in December 2009. It was implemented in January 2012. There has been public consultation with the early childhood sector, families and parents. Every provider was aware during 2011 of the changes planned for the sector up to 2020.
Management are paid an enormous amount of money with the expectation that they are capable of getting it right.
No argument about the dividend.
