Rustic I have great faith they will get their act together and retain the .24c div bud.
I know they have known about the changes for a little while now but I would only get concerned if they were
still buying existing child cares at the rate they did last year. They know the formula is out of wack and they are trying to make the adjustments. It could be 12 months away before we see the adjustments working.
