    pretty much all of the above. the press has reported de Fazio's role in the Alco bid but I haven't seen any mention of what happened in 2001 with Asia PAcific Specialty Chemicals (all available to see on the ASX site for stock code APY) is everyone aware of this????
    I've taken a stake and now I'll employ the best form of investing.....sitting on my ass and waiting. I'm not hoping for a takeover - there's more money to be made in a turnaround. Can't go too far wrong at this price.
