3. GGG underpinned by a Chinese partner
4. Current argy-bargy between US and China, with US determined to contain the latter over the long-term
I'll be hanging around, and if the opportunity presents, will accumulate on any sniff that ShengHe decides to pull the pin. Next step likely entry of a US or big Aussie partner.
