The other two I am aware of are - 1. The BCL application for a judicial review of the ABG's decision to refuse BCL an EL which is reported on in Downunderminer's post today. 2. The BCL application for access to documents from RTG & Central Exploration filed in Melbourne. In this case the judge has reserved his decision.
The rest of my comments regarding BCL wasting shareholders funds still applies.
