Either project could sink or swim. For success, it needs to be an economically attractive investment, have approvals in place and a licence to mine. It appears from the discussion that the projects are not in competition.
Which in your view is the better project and why? Also, why can't one project attract the capital to mine? Why can't the other sort out the issues with the goverment? The legal route is fraught with problems. If they are successful they still have to work with the government and the community.
