ETM has. The worlds biggest rare earth seller is constantly putting mone in.
As for the other one. Wh knows But my guess is after 4 years many experienced organizations have looked at it and walked away. So there could be a myrid of reasons why. All we do know. Is in 4 years. Not one has taken the plunge and the mine opened. Thats a real worry indeed and if you can listen to the company videos discussing it youll see how frustrated they are that no one will step in and take the project seriously
