Thanks for asking, but for what it's worth...imo clearly something is moving, I don't know to what extent this affects ETM. If this amendment to the Minerals Act concerns uranium (which is quite unlikely), it could be something like ...not close to the ''cities''.
To move forward ETM needs a change of government or to win the case - but Greenlandic politics is very fragile, anything can happen at any time.
What I find serious is the dishonesty of those who support ''environmental problems'', misunderstanding about the word ''exploitation'' and considering ''the mining license as a new license'' for political gain
