Agreed 3Suns, plus IMO a minority shareholding shouldn't give rise to an entitlement of a seat on the Board
Added to the Board with great fanfare given his debt and project financing experience as head of RBS Americas at a time when NXS needed financing to get Crux up and running as a liquids stripping operation.
Not $1 raised in the following years except from shareholders. Make your own determination.
In summary we at HC have just voted out the entire Board???
