...re ACG, to me he appears to be a real industry guy with lots real experience who probably could add real value to the Board, that fact he is sitting "outside the tent" bothers me, unless you take the view that well if he's on Board he takes on a whole load of Governance responsibilities and obligations, but if he stays off the Board he only is accountable to himself, and he can potentially talk to who he likes and try and put together whatever deal he might like... hmmm maybe too much conspitracy theory...maybe
