Wherever possible we will chose to raise capital in a manner that allows all shareholders to participate, but with the time taken to prepare a SPP or Rights Issue, and Christmas looming effecting the capital raising now and starting the feasibility immediately compared to a 6-8 week period for Rights Issue / SPP and starting the feasibility in February means a three month delay for commencement of the expansion into the USA. As we have an aggressive timeframe to commence construction of the plant (30 June 2011) these three months are critical
