Good informative post Justreading,sounds like you were a mill rat in the past,crap job that one!,not one I would recommend.
That was quite a gift SFR gave ALY,probably not by choice but obligation.
As far as I understand,they are not supposed to cross the boundaries with the surveys,but if they do,they are obligated to notify the holder as seen here,reason for such a narrow view of the survey.
Would love to see the rest of it,but doubt that SFR will release that at this stage.
