    I think you'll find the other objectors are no longer in the picture.

    those that didnt turn up to the prehearing were didmissed from the case. those that did show were part of the Powder River Basin Resource Council and were represented by them.

    "Shannon Anderson on behalf of the Powder River Basin Resource Council and the PRBRC's members asked to withdraw any request for a hearing."

    so they are out to
