Hopefully it will be mere formality. If PTM is a done deal, hopefully institutions out there will pay even more attention to PEN and invest longer term with serious money moving forward...that is the only way PEN share price can steadily trend upwards...
Stating the obvious, IMHO PTM will still be an important milestone even if many who are knowledgeable about PEN has taken for 'granted' it is inevitable.
If it happens, when do you think the PTM will be formalised and announced?
