I decide to joint the party. It getting too much interest.

1. We have two-horse race, CSM must be good, either cheap, or has huge potential;

2. We want to stop Pallinghurst from buying large parcel (60%) of share at discount price;

3. We want to force M.K. to offer significant higher price, $4.5 will be good for me.

4. CSM's result shows where the money is:
-$200m investment in JML and BCI;
-Record manganese prices more than doubled. Next years profit could be easily over $100m
