I made a call to management and spoke to one of the top notches. I had called every day for 5 days and told of my upset as to not getting my calls returned. The reply was apologetic and justified by they have been extremely busy every day this week finalising the JV (my ears pricked up). I pushed for a time frame by asking is the deal days away and from what I read of the conversation the announcement will be within weeks.

WHN is great buying as it has dipped and we all know that the announcement is coming and it will be soon. Wish I had the money to pick some up last Friday afternoon. What a buying opportunity a down Friday before a long weekend. Lets see if people pick up on that on Tuesday morning.
