Tradersam, and the exchange rate has been firing for KEY. The longer KEY have waited, the cheaper its become to drill Lidsey. When they purchased, it was at 0.5. We are now at 0.6. $A3.5m was an estimate for $1.75m pounds (@ 0.5). At 0.6, that now converts back to roughly $2.9m. So they've saved a max of $600k after tax through just getting damn lucky.
