joint venture announcement due?

This a video of Howard Renshaw speaking in Beijing back in June.




I found it interesting that he states how the conference will help him with deciding "the way we want our joint venture partners". Renshaw seems fairly confident. He also states that the company is grossly undervalued, in excess of 150million, closer to 200million at the moment.
