I thought about the possibility of another delay of the JV. I have come to the conclusion that this would likely be the preferable outcome for long term holders.

1. A delay would likely be for very good reasons. Like MT not being satisfied with the current offer or not all conditions being met (e.g. resources sufficiently defined). Thus, a delay would probably mean better financial terms and thus more long term value for shareholders when a deal is struck eventually.
2. A delay would suppress price and would enable us to accumulate cheaply for a couple more weeks or months. The destination is unchanged and a little more time until departure should not bother long term holders.
