So if Mitsui will capital raise 168 Million for 100 Million newly issued shares for $1.68. Given Talga currently have 300 Million shares on issue. That would essentially give Mitsui a 21% share of the company. Please correct me if I'm wrong here.

With LKAB having the mining expertise and the resource permits, being the Swedish government. How much of Talga shares do you think will need to be issued for LKAB?
Lets say for example we give LKAB, 75 million of newly issued shares, that would mean LKAB would hold 16% share of the company. Please correct me if I'm wrong here.

IF all the above comes true, and IF the share price eventually goes down to the capital raise price of $1.68. With total shares on Issue of 475 Million shares. Talga new market cap will be (475M * $1.68) = 798 Million, without share price moment, before binding off take agreement.

Lets say share price holds $2.10 and don't go back to CR price. Then market cap would be (475M * $2.10) = 997.5 Million, before binding off take agreement. Please correct me if I'm wrong here.

Syrah Resources 633 Million.

There is the 20% shareholding threshold, so they would need to do the LKAB or shareholder deal Before the Mitsui deal on your assumptions.
