I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MARKET HAS REACTED THIS WAY, TO SOMETHINK THAT IS GOING TO BE HUGE. i HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ONCE SIGNED THERE WILL BE SOME EDUCATION, AS TO FOLLOW UP ANNOUNCEMENTS AS TO HOW BIG IT IS.
