Those Germans would not be anything but thorough.
This is just a LOI true which hangs on Lynas going into production and making rare earths, don't forget Lynas's track record on LOis has been positive, i.e supply contracts.
If Lynas is not going into production then all Lynasheads are in for big disappointments.
I agree devil is in the details and Siemens would be thorough with their due diligence so were Sojitz. Seems positive to me.
