    Lynas and Siemens: A magnetic attraction?

    The raw material producer and the Lynas conglomerate Siemens will set up a joint venture. The project is the production of permanent magnets based on rare earths. Investors react with disinterest.

    The shares of Lynas is advised because of the Malaysia-affair under pressure and is located in the short-term downtrend since April. The long-term upward trend in March 2009 was below the beginning of July, should recover, but due to the positive news again. A buy signal is generated when the price has again rescued by the trend line at 1.90 ?. Also, the Company's stock had been struggling since April and has also fallen below the continued since August 2010 long-term uptrend. The course is well on its way to recapture the trend. The shareholder confirmed his buy recommendation, an initial price target is 105 ?. A stop at 78 ? from secure.
