THX will retain 40%.
Its and interesting situation between SMY and THX as really SMY need extra ground and THX have some 40 odd extra nickel targets close to SMY.
It would be very beneficial for SMY to get a tighter relationship with THX as far as the nickel is concerned. I would not be surprised if something does not happen.
