Hi Acreage,

When asked the question at the agm whether the 3D was required to close out the j/v deal, Terry said that it was not essential and should not effect ongoing negotiations,so a j/v before 3D would not surprise.

I also think Chesapeake missed an opportunity by not launching a takeover for ssn prior to land purchase and would now find Terry a tougher nut with 74m in the bank to do a j/v with, hence the delay,the proposals would be coming thick and fast.

One thing I'm certain of is you would not want to be short in this stock
