I dont like the smell of nkwe/gfc2 at the moment but ralph, i think you're a bit too much on the negative - dont forget this is a spec play with known resources but its a total fn mystery on the bee/sa side of the story. as far as this is concerned, pl has nothing to report (cant really report on negotns) and shs are a bit too demanding in this regard. aditionally, you cant blame him for encouraging institutionals through his favourable loosely worded reports over the years. Its essentially the investors own responsibility to have a sound understanding of the sovereign risks associated with investing in sa.
