Correct me if I'm wrong here ,

But to my understanding RMR tenements are worth 5.6 million dollars.

Based on the sale of regencies 5% to RMR for 35 million shares @ .008 which = $280,000 times by 20 ( 100%), giving full value of all the tenements = 5.6 mill ruffly.

So cash on hand might be an issue but RMR 's 92% stake is about $5, 000,000 .

So worst case scenario we sell off a small parcel of our stake to a long line of willing buyers IMO

By the looks of it though Bill wants to accumulate not sell / share in our real estate.

I sure hope his action plan exceeds our disbelief at the moment
