I had another look at Mineral Titles Online. Under dealings there were Forfeiture actions back in 2013 and finalised in May 2015.
Another company had a crack in June 2016 and withdrew on 20th Jan 2017. Nothing currently and tenements are in good standing.
Appears that the ground is highly valued.
