And if they chose CSL as a sales and distribution partner just because of the bias that they worked there before, you will have a lot of angry shareholders.
Choose a company that can get pps to the largest amount of people in the shortest time at a fair price.
Don't choose a partner just because you have some old mates there you want to pander to.
