    Looks like Ocean View (in a JV with Griffin) is a direct competitor of CNM?

    In any case, hadn't heard of any MOU being signed Synergy. Synergy as an energy retailer seems a pretty natural fit for a JV. Tip in some funding and expertise, with a first right of refusal to obtain electricity.
